  Make Over Giveaway



Each month one person is chosen to recieve a complete hair make over.

Cesar will be giving away one make-over each month to a deserving person chosen by the community. If you know someone who deserves special pampering, simply submit a written appeal explaining why you feel this person stands out in your heart and how they would be blessed by this gift.  Make-overs include all available hair services including Cut, Color, Highlights, Conditioning Treatment, Perm or Straightening, Waxing and Syling. One blessed person will be chosen each month and will have 30 days to redeem their make-over gift.
